Requirements:

  • Has at least 2 years of implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 / 2013 as a Technical Project Manager
  • Been a functional lead on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 
  • Has Integration experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 
  • Demonstrated ability to execute multiple, interdependent end to end projects. This includes identifying CRM project objectives, creating requirements and solution design, managing schedules, tracking project progress, facilitating testing and determining and measuring success criteria. 
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and master technical detail related to CRM. 
  • Verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Documentation and presentation skills. 
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills. 
  • Conflict management and problem diagnostic and solving skills. 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Project Manager

Job Description

Our Professional Services HCM Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Workday solution on some of our largest projects. The Project Manager will drive the client implementation and will be involved in the development of several key project deliverables (e.g., charter, project/staffing plan, issue logs, etc.) and work with the Client project manager to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success. The Engagement Manager will also be responsible for managing to the agreed to budget and delivering the project profitably.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements
  • Project manage 1 - 2 large Workday product implementations
  • Demonstrate competency in the Workday HCM product suite
  • Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach and develop a proposal/SOW
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to those Professional Service resources working on their implementations
  • Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed
  • Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes
  • Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed to checkpoints
  • Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings
  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices
  • Be a liaison for professional services when interacting with sales and/or development.
  • Identify opportunities to position other service offerings
  • Ensure the client can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation
  • Assist in the transition of the customer from professional services to product support
  • Ensure the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW Present client with change orders in the event they're asking Workday to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW
Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience project managing HCM implementations for larger, more complex organizations
  • Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.
  • Experience implementing  Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar application desirable
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Previous experience with a major systems integrator and/or an enterprise software company a plus

QA / Test Manager

Job Description

Staff augmentation contractor will participate and manage all testing efforts for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) 2000, Real-time Education and Counseling Network (RECN), acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) Regional Information Evaluation System (ARIES) (HRAR) Implementation Project. The effort supports clients with HIV/AIDS. The HRAR Implementation Project combines and augments the existing functionality of HIV2000, RECN, and ARIES.

Responsibilities:
  • As a member of the Quality Assurance Team, follows directions from the Manager of the Product Development & Deliver Team.
  • Leads the development of quality assurance (QA) test project strategies, methodologies, and standard processes for all QA domains by analyzing business and technology requirements to ensure testability, traceability and determining testing scope and approach.
  • Develops quality assurance (QA) Test plan for project by identifying project scope, work plans, schedules, milestones, and critical paths, and ensuring proper staffing.
  • Oversees and addresses critical issues, dependencies, and risks related to testing.
  • Reviews testing scope and approach, and partners with cross-functional IT and business stakeholders to review and approve the overall testing approach.
  • Manages/Develops test scenarios and execution of test cases across all testing phases (e.g., SIT, Performance, UAT, Automation, Production, Validation).
  • Ensures quality metrics are tracked across testing phases (e.g., SIT, Performance, UAT, Automation, Production, Validation).
  • Manages the review and validation of testable business processes, test data, and test environment requirements.

Manual / Automation QA Tester

Seeking a UAT Tester to conduct sprint-based user acceptance testing, identify use cases, write test plans and detailed test case steps. Additional deliverables may be needed, such as data preparation necessary to conduct UAT.

Mobile Quality Assurance Tester

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and administrate test projects.

Mainframe Developer

Minimum of six years of experience as a Senior Mainframe Developer using COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, JCL, TSO/ISPF.

Other desirable experience is as follows:

•Demonstrated knowledge of relevant functional business areas of Oregon Self-Sufficiency Program (SSP) and Oregon Aging and People with Disabilities (APD) programs and processes, or similar knowledge from other states.
